Sunny and quiet two bedroom apartment with high ceilings and
enclosed balcony, on 5th floor, with lift. This apartment
still has the 100+ years old mosaic floors (a different
design in every room) and the original woodwork on the doors
and windows, and the living areas are a little larger than
the other apartments in this building.

The location is very centric, halfway between Casa Milà (La
Pedrera) and La Sagrada Familia, just a ten minute walk from
either one. (you can see the tips of La Sagrada Familia from
the enclosed balcony). Also Casa Batlló is just a short walk
of 800 meters away.
The subway station of Verdaguer is 200 meters away. This
station is both on the yellow and the blue subway lines. The
Center of the city, Plaza Catalunya is only 3 stops away,
the Old Cathedral, Gothic Quarter and the Picasso Museum are
4 stops away, while the beaches are 5 stops away.
