COMPOSITION: Building of apartments (3 floors) that have: Type A: Living room with one double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and most of them with a little terrace. Type B: The same as Type A plus 1 double bedroom, without balcony and ground floor.
FACILITIES: Lift and a little swimming pool (all season). Restaurant, snack-bar, supermarket and shopping centre in the neighbourhood.
INCLUDED: Equipment (except general linen), water, gas, electricity, arrival and departure cleaning, and use of the swimming pool.
NOT INCLUDED: Possibility to hire bed linen at the reception: 5 €/set/week.
ANIMALS: NOT ALLOWED
RETURNABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: 100 €
