Burriana beach with it's many bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk from the villa with the centre of Nerja about 30 minutes away on foot (5 mins. drive), however, there is a regular bus service in to the centre of Nerja that leaves from near the villa.

The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge is equipped with Sat TV, and CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. There is a spiral staircase from the terrace up to a roof terrace with panoramic views.
