Entrance to the villa is directly into a hall that leads directly into the comfortably furnished dining / living room where there is a television, DVD and CD player.

From the living room, there is access to a large covered terrace and steps that lead to the swimming pool.

Off the hall, there are two twin-bedrooms that share a shower room and an en-suite double bedroom with jacuzzi bath.

On the first floor, there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bath / shower and a small, private patio for taking in the wonderful views of the area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave: the washing machine is housed in a separate utility room on the ground floor.
