Returning guests say that Casa Buena Vida is a really special villa. With private heated pool, it is situated in the residential area of Mijas La Nueva, known for its beauty and tranquillity. Casa Buena Vida is set in a secluded garden overlooking lemon groves with stunning views of the coast and surrounding countryside.

A private driveway provides ample parking space with the lovely village of Mijas a five minute drive away. Mijas La Nueva itself has two communal pools, tennis court and bar with restaurant, all within a short walk from the villa.

The villa has been beautifully furnished and the well thought out ground floor living area, with white marble floors, is laid out as follows:

From the main entrance is access into a very spacious hallway and dining area, with steps down to a large south facing lounge with open fireplace for winter visitors. There is a small television room leading off the lounge with panoramic floor to ceiling windows.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is a separate cloakroom and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A well designed BBQ terrace is equipped with fridge, kitchen facilities, outside lighting and Indonesian teak furniture for daytime and evening enjoyment.

There are three first floor bedrooms in the villa, all south facing and tastefully furnished.

The en-suite master bedroom, with satellite TV and video, has a large private balcony terrace with superb views.

There are two further twin bedrooms sharing one full bathroom and the superb views!

The villa enjoys full air conditioning conditioning and heating. Maid service is included once per week, and a change of linen for guests staying more than one week.
