Entry is via the hall, to the left of which is a twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom, and a further twin and double room that share a bathroom.

The downstairs living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with satellite television and leads out onto a covered terrace, which provides an excellent spot for relaxing or dining while enjoying the views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed separately downstairs.

The light and airy upstairs master bedroom has a huge walk in shower. Double doors lead out to a private balcony with sun beds and from where the spectacular sea views can be enjoyed.

The beach at Cumbre del Sol is only two kilometres away and the nearest shop and restaurant, even less. A 15-minute drive brings you to the town of Javea with its beaches, market, shops, bars and restaurants. A further kilometre brings you to the port and harbour.
