A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

An impressive feature of the living room is the large sliding glass doors offering panoramic views over the grassed gardens down to the swimming pool. A large pool terrace and BBQ area, along with many shady corners and patios, all combine to provide a perfect holiday setting.

A corridor from the ground floor hallway leads to three twin-bedded rooms that share a full bath / shower room and an en-suite double. Stairs from the living room lead to a large, en-suite master bedroom with large terrace that overlooks the garden and pool.

A supermarket is within walking distance and the blue-flagged Arenal beach, Javea golf course and the historical town and port are all only a 5-minute drive away.
