Terraces with a variety of Mediterranean flowers and shrubs surround the private 10.5m x 5m swimming pool and well maintained garden. There are ample sun loungers and patio furniture and an outside shower and barbecue.

Entry is through a spacious covered terrace, which leads into the comfortably furnished dining room and lounge that has satellite television and CD player.

A passage leads to the large kitchen, equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded. The upstairs master bedroom has a double bed and large en-suite shower room. The twin rooms are large, one with en-suite shower and one with separate shower and bath.

The old town of Javea, with its weekly open-air market, and the blue-flagged Arenal beach with its many bars, restaurants and shops are about a ten-minute drive away.
