Entry to the villa is via steps up from the parking area that leads directly into the open plan dining / sitting room with satellite television. The separate kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. An outside utility room houses the washing machine and brick built barbeque.

From the dining area is a hall that leads to a double en-suite bedroom and two twin bedded rooms and a further double bedroom that all share a separate bathroom.

Javea, with its blue-flagged Arenal beach, restaurants, port, fish market and the old town with its quant, backstreet shops and historic buildings is about a five-minute drive away.
