Set in a secluded, well-tended garden with palm trees and flowering shrubs, the villa opens onto a private rectangular pool of 8 x 4 metres with a maximum depth of 2 metres and roman steps. There is a poolside shower and BBQ, plus numerous sunbathing areas on the terrace and in the garden. There are plenty of sun-loungers and terrace furniture for enjoying the outdoors and the roof solarium.

The villa has direct access from the pool area via a covered porch leading into the lounge – with television (CNN, Eurosport, NBC and German channels) and a radio-cassette player. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. There is also a separate sun-lounge / diner – ideal for the winter sun. Off one side of the lounge there are two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two singles and air conditioning unit - and a bathroom, where the washing machine is to be found. On the other side of the villa is the main bedroom with king size double bed, air conditioning unit and en suite bathroom.

Casa Santa Cecilia is a compact villa, simply and attractively furnished and comfortable due to its easy access to the pool and the privacy of the garden.
