Entrance to the property is through its own gates, with a covered area for parking. Access to the villa is directly into the hall, which leads into the comfortably furnished living / dining room where there is a television and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. On the lower ground floor, there is a utility room with washing machine, and access to the pool area.

From the living room, there is access to a large covered terrace with steps that lead down to the swimming pool.

Off the hall to the left are three twin-bedrooms sharing a bath / shower room and a double en-suite bedroom.

There are restaurants within walking distance.

Javea’s blue-flagged Arenal beach, historical Old Town and Port are a 5-minute away by car.
