The ground floor consists of a large lounge, two twin bedrooms, shower room and laundry area. The floor at street level has air conditioning, and consists of a large living-dining room with spectacular views over the sea and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. There is a large fully-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. On the same floor there are two double rooms with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with shared bathroom and an en-suite double bedroom. The top floor consists of a pleasant place to relax and read. Also there is a diaphanous space apt for diverse uses located in the first floor of the tower. Parking place for two cars. Capacity: 10 people.
