The house has three floors, on the ground floor there is a room with two folding beds and private bathroom with bathtub. On the same floor there are three double bedrooms with access to a large terrace and access to the garden and pool, a shower room and a bathroom.

The main floor comprises a spacious living room with access to a fantastic roof terrace with barbecue. Large fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and oven.

On the third floor there is a nice lounge and a master bedroom en-suite bathroom and shower.

The whole house is equipped with air conditioning (also heat) and lift. Garage and parking for two cars. Capacity: 10 persons.
