The house has it’s own beautiful garden and
private pool both with excellent views. The house is built on
two levels; on the first level we find the entrance hall,
ample living room and dining area with fireplace with access
onto the spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The fully
equipped kitchen is also found on this floor and a guest
bathroom.
On the lower level, which is on the same
level as the pool and garden, you will find two double
bedrooms both with double beds and en suite bathrooms, a
further two double bedrooms and a shared shower room. On the
same level there is a second spacious living area. All the
bedrooms have access to the garden and pool.
On the pool and garden level there is a
large covered terrace with a barbecue and summer kitchen,
ideal for dinners on warm summer evenings. At the rear of the
house there is a further bedroom with its own bathroom.
Capacity 10 people. This price includes a
maid for 4 hours per day, except Sundays when there is no
service.
