This 2 bedroom Lloret de Mar villa is located in the urbanisation of Turo de Lloret, 2 kilometres from the town and beaches of Lloret de Mar. Just 5 kilometres away is “Cala Canyelles”, one of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Brava. 

The accommodation comprises of a lounge/dining room, a newly fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs there is a "summer lounge", small kitchen and W.C.

Outside is the private 9m x 4m swimming pool with salted water, and fantastic sea views.

Please note that the care-taker may be staying on the top floor of the villa (not rented out), although this is not all the time. If he is there, it will be minimal, and you probably won't even know he is there.
