There are ample sun loungers for all day comfort by the large, private pool (15m x 7m) and patio or shaded terrace. There is a built-in barbeque, summer kitchen and covered eating areas for al fresco dining or relaxing.

Entrance into the grounds is through large gates into ample, secure parking. Entry to the villa is through a reception hall that leads into the large, comfortably furnished dining / living room with satellite television and CD player. The kitchen is fitted with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

The two downstairs twin bedrooms share a bathroom and lead out onto the pool terrace. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a double bed and bath and shower en-suite. The second double bedroom upstairs has a separate bathroom.

There are restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket less than a mile away. A ten-minute drive brings you to the old town of Javea, with its shops, restaurants and open-air market, and blue-flagged Arenal beach.
