and to welcome you to our site.
Prestige
Villas Spain is a family run company and was born in March
2004. Having lived for many years in both Spain and England,
and we are all fluent in both Spanish and English. We are
able to offer a fantastic selection of properties (often not
available to other companies in England) and at great prices.
In addition to this, we have had many years experience of
renting out our own Javea
villa, so we decided to try and offer our services on
a larger scale, but always keeping the personal service that
we hope that our clients feel that they receive.
During
our first season in addition to Javea villas, we also offered in
our Costa Blanca villas category Villas in Moraira and Villas in
Calpe. On the Costa del Sol we had a selection of apartments and
villas in Nerja, and villas in Mijas.
Due to
popular demand for the 2004 season we expanded our selection
of properties to include properties on the
Costa Brava. Our
Costa Brava
villas were to include Lloret
de mar villas, villas
in Llafranc, villas
in Calella de Palafrugell, villas
in Tamariu, villas in Begur and villas in L’Estartit.
Our Costa Brava apartments were to include apartments Calella
de Palafrugell, Llafranc apartments, apartments in Tamariu,
apartments in Begur,
Lloret de Mar apartments and apartments in L’estartit.
For 2005
another new area was introduced, again this was due to many
people requesting if we had any villas in the Costa Dorada (a
big attraction here is the Universal Studios theme park,
formally known as Port Aventura, and the fact that Barcelona is
nearby), so we started offering villas in L’Ametlla de Mar.
During this season we also started offering villas in Menorca,
to be exact, villas in Son Bou.
In 2006,
leading on from offering Villas in Costa Brava and Villas in
Costa Dorada, we took the natural progression of offering
apartments in Barcelona.
As we
want to keep the company as a small family company with a
personal touch, we have not taken on any new areas since.
In order
to book it is very easy, just contact us by email or phone to
check that the property you want is available, or to tell us
what you want. Once we have confirmed for you that your desired
property is available, a small deposit is required to confirm
the reservation. Your booking has been made, it really is as
easy as that.
