is situated in the North East regions of Spain’s province
of Alicante and is know as Xàbia by the majority of
its inhabitants. This beautiful town overlooks the Mediterranean
Sea and has a stunning backdrop created by the Mongó
Massif. The area has an excellent road network which provides
you with great access to many other stunning parts of Spain
and is only an hour’s drive from the airport. This is
in fact one of the reasons many of Javea’s villas have
British, German and Dutch owners. There are in fact more than
12,000 British people living in Javea either permanently or
during the holiday season. The beaches of Javea have a great
deal to offer other than sun bathing. Visit the port of Xàbia,
The excellent Marine Reserve or try your hand at scuba diving.
There are loads of trekking routes that you can try and if

the area.
